Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Facilities or Maintenance Manager on site-related issues and project progress. Supervise and monitor Minor Works and A&A projects, ensuring all technical submissions and calculations are reviewed and approved by the client. Coordinate closely with project teams and maintenance operations to ensure seamless integration of works. Liaise with project officers, subcontractors, and in-house technicians to track daily work progress, procurement needs, and operational activities. Manage manpower deployment for Minor Works and A&A projects, including handling related administrative tasks. Conduct regular inspections of buildings, facilities, and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance. Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to uphold operational standards. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with site operations and project execution. Prepare accurate quotations and cost estimates for Minor Works and A&A projects. Carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Building, Mechanical, Electrical) or other relevant disciplines. At least 3 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance, with exposure to Minor Works and A&A projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and positive attitude. Ability to multi-task, work independently, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Good documentation practices and attention to detail. Strong safety awareness and adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards
