We're building a cutting-edge originations system that will redefine how we serve our customers and empower our team members to improve both our customer and TM experience, and better position us to remain competitive in the consumer finance industry. We are seeking a forward-thinking knowledgeable Innovation Lab Specialist to bridge frontline operations and product development. This role is pivotal in supporting customers through the loan application process using our soon-to-be implemented originations system, Playing a critical role in driving operational excellence, strategic alignment, and enterprise-wide compliance. Your insights will help influence the initial delivery and ongoing evolution of the system. In the Role Provide feedback and solutions that demonstrate independent judgment, a distinct perspective, and alignment with enterprise goals and compliance standards. Determine the most appropriate methods for communicating information to stakeholders, ensuring clarity, operational relevance, and adherence to regulatory and organizational protocols. Conduct thorough research and present findings that support operational efficiency and compliance, applying sound judgment and broad organizational awareness. Leverage personal expertise and professional insight to cross-reference data and guide informed decisions that enhance process integrity and mitigate risk. Execute responsibilities with a comprehensive understanding of organizational priorities, balancing autonomy with accountability to enterprise standards. Collaborate on the design, refinement, and implementation of efficient, scalable, and compliant processes that support strategic objectives and reduce operational waste. Working closely with operations, product, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment of system capabilities and limitations. Participate in testing prototypes and early system versions. Provide feedback to improve usability and functionality. Assist in developing training materials and documentation. Ensure new systems are easy to understand and use. Promote adoption of new systems and processes. Share insights and experiences through formal and informal channels. Requirements 3-5 years OneMain branch experience with proven skills in customer service, loan processing, or sales operations and a track record of meeting or exceeding standards set for STA and CPL. Proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally Experience in process improvement and compliance-driven environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. Comfortable providing constructive feedback and collaborating across teams.
Location:
Baltimore, MD - Hybrid Target base salary range is $60,000 - $70,000, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.
