Job Description

Responsibilities & Qualifications TekSynap is seeking a Senior Cyber Compliance Support Lead to oversee compliance inspections, cyber readiness program support, and development of SOPs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience Eight (8) to Ten (10) years experience in compliance inspections and readiness support.
Proficiency in:
Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS); Enterprise Mission Assurance Support System (eMASS); Host Based Security System (HBSS); Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM). Experience in Navy compliance inspections. Strong RMF expertise. Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable. Certifications 8570 certification: IAM Level III. Education Bachelor of Art or Bachelor of Science degree. (Preferred in Cybersecurity, IT, or related).
Clearance Clearance:
Secret.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct cyber readiness visits (35+ ships/year). Review compliance with Communications Tasking Orders (CTOs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and DoD/Navy policy. Maintain readiness dashboards and Knowledge Management (KM) databases. Draft and update cybersecurity SOPs and instructions.

Navy cyber compliance inspections. Risk Management Framework (RMF). eMASS. Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM)/CTO tracking. Policy development. Overview

Norfolk, VA (MSC HQ); Primarily contractor site; frequent meetings in Norfolk, VA; travel to
CONUS/OCONUS
ship visits as required.
