Job Description
You will report directly to our Sr. Director Engineering, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. The Sr learning specialist partners with engineering leaders and subject matter experts to design, develop, and deliver effective learning solutions that improve performance and enable strategic priorities. This posting is for two positions, one to manage engineering development programs execution and the other one to manage the Knowledge Capture and Transfer strategy and execution.
