Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Training Specialist 4 to join their team. As a Training Specialist 4, you will be part of the Learning and Development Department supporting AI training programs and skilling initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, innovative thinking, and a passion for empowering organizations through technology, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
- $49/hr to $51/hr on W2
- What's the Job?
- + Develop and own high-quality training content including courses, workshops, facilitator guides, and reusable assets tailored for nonprofit audiences.
+ Create engaging instructional videos from scripting to editing, covering tutorials, demos, and microlearning series to scale learning reach. + Advise partners and clients on responsible AI adoption, change management strategies, AI policy development, and governance frameworks. + Lead the design and delivery of skilling strategies, workshops, and learning pathways focused on Microsoft 365 Copilot, agents, and Copilot Studio. + Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to assess learning needs and deliver impactful, content-rich programs.
- What's Needed?
- + Proven experience in content development and instructional design, including building courses and scalable learning assets.
+ Demonstrated ability to produce instructional videos with a portfolio or examples of published content. + Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, agent use cases, and Copilot Studio. + Experience advising organizations on change management, AI policy, and responsible AI principles. + Deep understanding of nonprofit operations, funding, and impact measurement.
