Business Operations Innovations Specialist Cedar Park, TX Job Details Full-time $24.50 - $27.42 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Internal controls Report writing Regulatory compliance Compliance audits & assessments Mid-level Improving operational efficiency Policy & process development Performance Improvement (PI) Data entry Regulatory compliance management Business process modeling Full Job Description As a member of the BakerRipley Rural Capital Team you will join an incredibly talented and hardworking Child Care department dedicated to serving the communities/customers in the Workforce Solutions Rural Capitol service delivery area (nine counties surrounding Travis] while advancing BakerRipley's impact in the region. Perform internal reviews to ensure that agency operations are in compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and policies & procedures. Assess internal controls, operations, and administrative functions for efficiency and effectiveness. Identify enhancements that will improve business processes and support future business needs. Provide technical assistance and process improvement support, including the development of tools, templates, and process maps to support the technical application of business processes as required. Incorporate process improvement methodologies into process improvement efforts. Communicate with customers and providers regarding documentation requirements, required information and actions taken by Child Care Services (CCS), and provide information about the ccs program and early childhood development resources. Assist with special projects. Facilitate and work alongside program and administrative staff and leadership to document and improve processes; create and update process maps and procedures and provide technical assistance as needed. Develop and utilize quality review tools as needed to support and document performance results. Review assigned program/service areas to determine ongoing compliance with applicable local, state, and federal rules and regulations, contractual requirements, and Agency policies and procedures. Occurring monthly, quarterly, or as needed. Prepare and issue timely and accurate quality review reports identifying observations, Maintain complete, organized, and accessible quality review records. Develop good working knowledge of local, state, federal and contractual rules, and regulations, and interpret information to assess needed changes, additions, deletions to procedures and process maps, Enter data into various software and databases timely and accurately Establish rapport and credibility with internal and external customers by providing solution-oriented communication.
