Job Description

We're ready to ignite the next phase of our fire protection team with a Fire Sprinkler Tester Leader who brings more than just technical skills to the table. We're looking for a driven leader, someone who thrives on taking initiative, solving problems, and building high-performing teams.   • Perform inspection and testing of fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA standards, local codes, and AHJ requirements.
Accurately document all inspections, tests, and deficiencies use Service Trade and AHJ required database and ensure timely reporting to customers and authorities. Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, offer repair recommendations and coordinate with appropriate personnel to ensure corrective measures are taken. Interface directly with customers and AHJs, maintain professional relationships and ensure clarity, compliance, and satisfaction. Develop and implement standardized testing procedures to ensure consistency and code compliance across all projects. Train and mentor trainees and technicians, foster growth and maintain high standards of craftsmanship and safety. Collaborate with leadership to build out a new department, including help define operational workflows, documentation standards, and customer experience strategy. Monitor department performance metrics, ensure efficiency, code compliance, and profitability. Participate in company growth initiatives, with the opportunity to take a leadership stake in the department you help build.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills, plus the ability to multi-task and work in a fast
  • paced team environment Exhibits attention to detail with high standards for accuracy and follow through.
Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Proficient with CRM's and tracking softwares Possesses and maintains all required certifications from distributors, manufacturers, and authorities having jurisdiction, including but not limited to Seattle
AS-ITT , NICET
Level II in Water-Based System Testing. Ability to work overtime and or outside standard business hours and or weekends as needed to accommodate customer needs. Hold and maintain a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets Company requirements
