Job Description:

As a Water/Fire Restoration Assistant Project Manager/Crew Chief, you will be responsible for assigning, coordinating and performing work activities on restoration projects to successfully fulfill service needs. Follow work order and effectively communicate with internal partners. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work in a physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction of services. Explain processes and answer customer questions or concerns. Maintain continuous communication with internal parties Review workorder to ensure job is done effectively and correctly. Coordinate and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control. Communicate clear expectations to Restoration Technicians and supervise their activities. Properly documenting scope of work by using Docusketch. Properly document and complete all required paperwork. Ensure scope sheets, pictures, and supporting documents are submitted daily. Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers. Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines. Job Requirements Regularly lifting 50 pounds independently, occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance, walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing ladders, working at ceiling heights, working in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics), repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects, working with and around chemicals, and working overhead. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions such as heat, noxious odors, etc. The noise level in the work environment and job sites may be loud. The employee will be required to occasionally wear a respirator for their safety. On-Call and after hours. Valid driver license- approved by our insurance company- required Ability to travel locally or out of state, when necessary, preferred Prior restoration experience is preferred. Docusketch experience is preferred.

Job Type:

Full-Time, up to 40 hours per week. On- Call, after hours

Salary :

$26-$29 / hour, pending experience.
