We handle real situations for homeowners and expect our team to operate with urgency, professionalism, and accountability. We are looking for technicians who want to earn based on performance—not just time on the clock , and who understand the demands of the restoration industry. Compensation $80,000 - $120,000+ per year potential Performance-based pay structure (hourly + production incentives) Quarterly performance bonus Top performers earn the equivalent of $35-$40+/hour based on production. What You'll Be Doing First on-site to emergency water/fire damage calls Perform extraction, mitigation, demolition, and cleanup Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment Communicate with homeowners during stressful situations Lead and direct helpers/technicians on-site Document jobs (photos, moisture readings, notes) Maintain equipment and company vehicles Identify and control safety hazards What We're Looking For Reliable and accountable Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Good communication skills Takes ownership of their jobs Understands the demands of restoration (emergency calls, schedule changes, long days when needed) Requirements Valid driver's license ( no exceptions ) Must be able to drive a 16 ft box truck Must live within 30 minutes of Bridgeview, IL Must be able to lift 75+ lbs Clean background (no felony convictions) Flexible schedule and willingness to work on-call, weekends, and overtime as needed Experience in mitigation, extraction, carpet cleaning, or demolition is a plus Additional Perks Assigned company vehicle Opportunity for advancement within a growing company How to Apply Email or text your resume (PDF format) to: joepacella@hydroforcecorp.com Important This is a performance-driven role .
