Fire Guard- F01

Narrow Security is seeking dedicated and vigilant Fire Guard (F01) to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients premises in compliance with New York City Fire Department regulations. As a Fire Guard, you will be responsible for overseeing the premises, identifying potential fire hazards, and taking immediate action to prevent and respond to fire emergencies.

Job Description:

Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and address fire hazards. Enforce fire safety regulations and guidelines to prevent violations. Respond promptly to fire alarms and other emergencies, taking appropriate actions as trained. Maintain accurate records and log incidents as required. Provide exceptional customer service and assist visitors or employees with fire safety inquiries.

Requirements:

Must possess a valid F01 Fire Guard Certificate issued by the New York City Fire Department. Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain alert and focused during shifts. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Prior experience as a Fire Guard or in a similar role is preferred. Physical ability to conduct patrols and respond to emergencies as necessary. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
