Position Overview:

IronRock Security is seeking a reliable and experienced Security Officer to oversee security operations at an industrial zone in Tinton Falls, NJ. This role requires a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and prior experience with

FIRE SAFETY

. The guard will help ensure site coverage, support fire code efforts, and maintain a safe environment for staff and clients. Overnights and weekend shifts full time and part time.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular mobile patrols of the property Write clear incident and daily activity reports Maintain vehicle with help of maintenance Maintain a professional and customer-friendly presence Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies appropriately

Requirements:

Previous security experience required Fire safety experience required Ability to change a tire with assistance Valid driver's license (required for periodic mobile patrols) Strong communication and report-writing skills Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Industrial or emergency services experience preferred
