On the road About the Role When a family's home is on fire, they're standing on the sidewalk in shock with no idea what happens next. You're the person who walks up, calms them down, and shows them there's a way forward. We're looking for a sharp, fast-moving rep to respond to fire and disaster scenes across Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn, and Staten Island to sign homeowners up for emergency board-up, mitigation, and restoration services. This role does not involve handling, negotiating, or settling insurance claims. Your job is to get the homeowner's authorization to begin restoration work — that's it. Anything related to their insurance claim is handled separately by our licensed claims team, not by you. What You'll Do Monitor fire, flood, and emergency alerts; respond fast, day or night Be first on scene — you're expected to arrive and be present at the fire scene within 15-30 minutes of dispatch Approach families with genuine compassion — read the room, stay calm and steady, never pushy Explain board-up, mitigation, and rebuild services clearly Get the work authorization signed on scene (not a claim, not an insurance document) and hand off clean to the office team Be available nights and weekends — that's where the volume is What We Provide 24/7 dispatcher support Scripts, training, and documents — all reviewed to keep your role limited to work authorization, not claims handling Marketing materials A separate, licensed claim-processing team that handles all insurance matters Who We're Looking For A natural talker who can connect with people in trauma — warm, fearless, fast on your feet Background in sales, roofing, construction, or restoration a plus A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license are required — this is an on-the-road role and you must be able to reach scenes quickly, day or night Able to consistently reach fire scenes within 15-30 minutes of dispatch Comfortable knocking on doors in any neighborhood No public adjuster license required — this role doesn't involve claim negotiation How to Apply Call now for an immediate interview: 845-789-5102
