BE U.S. CITIZEN OR HOLD CURRENT AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN THE U.S. MUST BE OF AGE 18 OR OLDER, AND IF A MALE WHOSE DATE OF BIRTH FALLS AFTER DECEMBER 31ST 1959, MEET SELECTIVE SERVICE REQUIREMENTS. MUST BE LAID OFF AND BE RECEIVING UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS OR HAVE PROOF OF LAY OFF FROM PREVIOUS EMPLOYER. OR BE RECEIVING FOOD STAMPS OR MEET LOWER LIVING STANDARD INCOME LEVEL

BASED ON FAMILY SIZE AND GROSS HOUSEHOLD INCOME. WIOA WILL PAY 50

MUST BE RESIDENT OF PASCO/HERNANDO COUNTY.

Responsibilities:

Learn to perform orderly and systematic evaluations and examinations of scenes and patients Learn to provide care, treatment, and transportation of patients in accordance with the knowledge and skills of a Registered Emergency Medical Technician Learn to responds to emergencies with fire or rescue companies and perform related functions as required Learn to complete reports and record and operate radios according to system standards and guidelines Learn to ensure that all supplies, equipment, and apparatus are sufficient, operational, and properly maintained. Report deficiencies to supervisor immediately Learn to perform maintenance chores of quarters, station, and grounds as needed Learn to attend and participate in company drills and training sessions.
