Requirements High school graduation or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma. Successful completion of all medical and fitness requirements. Must possess a valid Class E Florida Driver's License. Employee must maintain a Class E without any restrictions on performance throughout employment. Must obtain/complete the following within one year of hire date: Florida Certification as a Firefighter as authorized by
F.S.S. 633
Florida certification as an EMT. 16 Hour Emergency Vehicle Operator Course approved by the State of Florida. Position is subject to Drug Screening.
