Duties Respond promptly to fire alarms, medical emergencies, and rescue calls with professionalism and urgency Provide advanced life support (ALS) medical care, including assessment of vital signs, administering first aid, CPR, and other life-saving interventions Operate fire apparatus, emergency vehicles, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently Conduct thorough scene assessments to determine the appropriate response and ensure safety for all involved Perform heavy lifting during rescue operations and handle mechanical tasks related to firefighting equipment Maintain clear communication with dispatchers, team members, and other first responders during emergencies Complete detailed incident reports, log responses accurately, and document medical treatments provided Requirements Valid EMT-P (Emergency Medical Technician•Paramedic) certification with experience in emergency medical services Certification in BCLS, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS, FF1, FF2, Hazardous Materials Operations Experience operating emergency vehicles and commercial driving licenses preferred Mechanical knowledge related to firefighting equipment and rescue tools is highly desirable Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working in challenging environments Competence in taking vital signs and assessing patient conditions accurately Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively during high-pressure situations Join us in a role where every shift brings new challenges and opportunities to make a difference.
