• Requires high school education or equivalent.
• OJT should afford ability to learn and advance to full understanding of job function and all applicable software.
• Requires knowledge and ability to advance in the use of basic software applications including, but not limited to MS Office and MieTrak.
• Requires knowledge or ability to learn the concepts involved and required by

ISO 9001.

• Requires ability to interact with customers, both internal and external, attaining positive results and communications through team effort.
• Requires ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment in related work area and to protect other employees.
• Notify appropriate internal personnel regarding status of customer acceptance of FAI documentation.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Good Attendance.
• Requires basic understanding and concepts of blue print reading and interpretation to assure accurate data collection.
• Overall ability to be detailed oriented, accurate, and expedient, thus avoiding substantial loss of material, labor, defective parts or late shipments being shipped to the customer.
• Acquire all required documentation for a successful FAI documentation to be forwarded to Cortec's customer: o Customer drawing to corresponding customer purchase order o Material Certifications as required by customer o Special Process Certifications as required by customer o Hardware / Accessory POD's or Certifications as required by customer o Any customer specific documentation
• Complete any customer specific and required as outlined by the customer
• Understand the customer submittal requirements for all FAI.
• Upon satisfactory completion and acceptance of a FAI all documentation will be scanned and placed in pdf format on the server for historical reference.
• Once all documentation and supporting documents are complete, the complete FAI package is forwarded to the customer for review and acceptance.
• Basic GD&T training required.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in FAI.
• Minimizes wastes in materials, manpower, equipment and other resources.
• Supervising all FAI staff.
• OTJ training of FAI staff.
• Ability to meet with customers to go over concerns and issues.
• Works in regards to time management and priorities to meet customer's needs.
