Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Offshore Data Recorder to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately capturing, managing, and maintaining critical data records related to offshore operations. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure seamless documentation processes, supporting quality management systems and regulatory compliance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high standards of data integrity and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Real-time monitoring and recording of inspection activities, including visual surveys, NDT results (UT, MT, PT, VT), cathodic protection readings, marine growth, scour, debris, and anomaly data. Logging events, measurements, video timestamps, still photos, and ROV/diver observations with precise location referencing on the platform structure. Witnessing equipment calibration and ensuring data integrity during collection. Performing quality control on raw data, footage, and records; identifying gaps or inconsistencies. Assisting with data processing, organizing inspection databases, and contributing to inspection reports. Maintaining detailed logs of inspection progress, anomalies, and any deviations from the inspection plan. Requirements Familiarity with
API RP 2A
structural inspection guidelines and common inspection methods. Excellent attention to detail, note-taking, and organizational abilities under time pressure TWIC Card
