Vehicle Pickup & Inspection Specialist GiveMeTheVin.com - 3.5 Addison, TX Job Details Part-time 14 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Passenger vehicle Driver's License Mobile devices Full Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Vehicle Pickup & Inspection Specialist to support our growing operations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. This role involves picking up vehicles from customers, conducting detailed condition inspections, documenting vehicle information, and delivering superior customer experience throughout the process. The hours are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, three days per week, with additional hours available as needed on other weekdays. This position is expected to be part-time, and hours may vary based on customer demand. Key Responsibilities Pick up and transport customer vehicles throughout the DFW area as assigned. Verify vehicle information and accurately document vehicle details. Inspect vehicles and identify visible damage or condition concerns - interior, exterior, odometer reading, trunk area, engine compartment, and any modifications. Take clear photos and complete inspection reports using company procedures. Communicate professionally with customers during vehicle pickup and inspection appointments. Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted promptly. Follow company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards. Qualifications Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to drive a variety of vehicle types safely and confidently. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify vehicle condition issues. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Reliable transportation to and from Addison, TX. Ability to use a smartphone, mobile applications, and digital reporting tools. Automotive inspection, dealership, rental car, transportation, or vehicle logistics experience is a plus but not required.
