Service Intake & Documentation Assistant

Overview:

Ingermotors & Services is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Intake & Documentation Assistant. This role is essential in ensuring smooth vehicle intake, accurate documentation, and excellent communication with customers.

Main Responsibilities:

Receive customers in a professional and friendly manner Register vehicle information accurately Document customer complaints clearly Perform visual inspections of vehicles Take required photos (before, during, and after process) Record tire DOT information Create and manage work orders Communicate effectively with customers Assist with insurance claims processing Prepare final delivery packages Maintain organized digital and printed records

Daily Tasks:

Open the intake station Prepare and check tablet/system Ensure printer and forms are ready Receive incoming vehicles Complete inspections Upload photos to system Update work orders Assist technicians with documentation Prepare final delivery folders Professional Standards Clear and professional communication Respectful customer service Accurate and complete documentation No missing photos or incomplete forms Follow Ford Service protocols

Pay:

$18.00 - $30.00 per hour
