Job Description

Employees in this position function as an administrative law judge with responsibility for presiding over the entire spectrum of case types (both high and low volume) assigned to MOAHR, which encompasses complex and non-complex administrative hearings relating to the regulatory authority, rules, and procedures of the Public Service Commission. Rendered decisions are based on findings of fact and/or legal interpretations and conclusions.
