DESCRIPTION
The Albany County Office of the Public Defender is seeking entry-level attorneys able to provide zealous, holistic, client•centered legal representation to indigent clients enmeshed in the criminal justice system.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
For the entry-level Assistant Public Defender position, we are seeking an attorney with up to 3 years of experience in criminal practice with a New York State bar admission or ability to waive into New York from another jurisdiction•. •An attorney from another state, territory or district may practice law in NYS, pro hac vice, for a period not to exceed 18 months.
