Appearance Counsel - Allegheny, Westmoreland, Beaver, Erie, Blair, Cambria, Crawford, and Franklin Counties. Fenters Law Firm — a high‑volume Pennsylvania Consumer Defense Law Firm with a strong "every‑man" reputation and a proven track record in debt defense and FDCPA litigation — is expanding our courtroom coverage across Pennsylvania. We're looking for Pennsylvania‑licensed attorneys in the Western half of Pennsylvania who want flexible, reliable supplemental income handling short hearings in Magisterial District Courts. If you're a solo practitioner, small‑firm attorney, or simply looking to add steady courtroom work to your schedule, this is built for you. Perfect for Criminal Defense / DUI attorneys to augment income. This Role Really Is Straightforward. Efficient. And organized court room defense.
Our firm handles:
Client communication Pleadings Case prep: memos and pertinent law provided Court communications You show up, advocate, and report back. Most hearings last 10-20 minutes. We maintain a high success rate because our internal team prepares every case using systemized defense strategies grounded in Pennsylvania rules and FDCPA technical compliance.
Responsibilities:
Attend hearings in MDJ courts across different counties across Western Pennsylvania Occasional appearances in the County Court of Common Pleas Arbitration divisions. Communicate with our office if anything unexpected happens in court
Qualifications:
Active Pennsylvania law license in good standing Prior courtroom or litigation experience preferred Professional, reliable courtroom presence Able to accept hearings on a flexible, as‑available basis
Compensation:
