Do you thrive in a fast-paced legal environment? Our law firm is seeking to grow our intake department and need Intake Specialists to be the first point of contact for potential clients. This role is essential in assessing client needs, gathering critical information, and ensuring a seamless intake process.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries from potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms. Conduct thorough intake interviews to gather essential case details and determine eligibility. Accurately document client information in the firm's case management system. Schedule consultations and coordinate follow-ups to support client retention. Provide general information about the firm's services while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure a smooth transition from intake to case management. Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism when dealing with sensitive legal matters.
Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Experience in client intake, customer service, or a legal support role. ✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-centered approach. ✔ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. ✔ Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, case management software, and CRM tools. ✔ Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) is a plus. ✔ Familiarity with legal and/or medical terminology and processes is a plus.
