Our firm focuses on immigration and immigration-related criminal law , taking on complex cases that others may turn away. If you are committed to making a real impact in the lives of the immigrant community , we encourage you to apply. Experience is preferred , but we're willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and a genuine passion for this field.
Qualifications:
At least one year of experience in immigration law preferred, but not required. Willingness to appear before the Immigration Court in Los Angeles, with occasional travel outside the city. Interest in learning USCIS matters and procedures, including I-130, National Visa Center cases, I-601A waivers, Adjustment of Status, and related applications. Strong legal research and writing skills (e.g., drafting declarations, motions, briefs, and appeals). Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and technical skills. A cooperative, honest, and eager-to-learn attitude; must be a team player. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
