MINIMUM OF 3-YEARS' HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN EMPLOYMENT AND PERSONAL INJURY

LITIGATION and be capable of handling all discovery, trial preparation, mediation, and trial. Candidates must be able to manage a caseload of 40-60 files throughout all stages of litigation and trial preparation. Trial experience is a

Duties include drafting and responding to discovery, law and motion, taking and defending depositions, performing legal research, and performing all other litigation case management duties.
