Role:
Mister Wolf, P.C. is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our Employment Law team. This is an excellent opportunity for a developing attorney seeking hands-on experience in civil litigation in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft pleadings, complaints, and legal motions Handle discovery (drafting and responding) Prepare mediation briefs Assist with law and motion practice Support trial preparation and case strategy
Qualifications:
0-5 years of experience in civil litigation Strong legal writing and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines California Bar admission (or pending results) preferred
