We are seeking a driven and bilingual Lead Conversion Specialist - Intake to join our team in Los Angeles. This role sits at the intersection of sales and client advocacy, serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients. We are specifically looking for professionals with strong closing experience in a law firm or legal services environment — individuals who understand the weight of a client's decision, know how to build trust under pressure, overcome objections with empathy, and confidently guide families toward taking action. Experience closing in a high-stakes, client-sensitive legal setting is a significant advantage and will be reflected in your compensation. With a consultative sales approach, you will evaluate leads, assess case eligibility, and help families move forward with the legal support they need. This is a high-energy, metrics-driven closing role designed for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by performance, competition, and earning potential. A hiring bonus is available for experienced Lead Conversion Professionals — including those coming directly from law firm intake or legal sales roles. What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact via phone, video, text, and email for prospective clients. Evaluate and qualify leads, identifying the most appropriate legal pathways. Apply law firm closing best practices — converting consultations into retained clients through trust-building, objection handling, and proven legal intake closing techniques. Leverage your understanding of retainer agreements, legal fee structures, and payment plans to educate and enroll clients with confidence and clarity. Follow up consistently wit.h prospective clients to maximize conversion opportunities Collaborate with Case Analysts to ensure smooth, professional client handoffs Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and documentation platforms Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, conversion goals, and performance metrics. Process client payments and complete intake documentation with precision. Navigate emotionally sensitive legal consultations with the professionalism and discretion expected in a law firm environment. Provide empathy and professionalism while assisting clients in high-stakes immigration matters. What Makes You the Ideal Candidate You've worked in a law firm, legal intake center, or immigration services environment and know what it takes to close in a space where clients are anxious, the stakes are high, and trust must be earned quickly. You don't just sell — you counsel clients toward a decision that changes their lives. You're comfortable discussing legal retainers, payment structures, and case timelines, and you know how to keep a prospective client engaged from first contact through signed agreement.You bring:

Candidates with direct law firm closing experience may qualify for a sign-on bonus. Full professional fluency in English and Spanish. 2+ years of demonstrated closing experience in a law firm intake, legal sales, or client enrollment experience strongly preferred. 2+ years of outbound business to consumer sales experience OR 3+ years in a high-volume sales environment. Ability to convert leads into retained clients. Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate, and confidently ask for the commitment. Familiarity with legal retainer structures, intake compliance, and client confidentiality standards. Experience working in KPI- or metrics-driven environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Familiarity with CRM systems such as Clio, Zoho , or similar legal platforms preferred. High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
