Job Description
Job Description Seeking consultants to join a cutting-edge GenAI team and help build foundational AI models from the ground up. We're looking for talented Legal subject-matter experts (SMEs) to bring deep domain expertise and elevate the quality of our AI training data. This is a remote, flexible opportunity to collaborate directly with their AI research teams. What You'll Do Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance in your legal domain. Create and maintain precise annotation standards tailored to your legal specialty. As a domain SME, you'll set the gold standard for quality and rigor. Translate tacit legal expertise into explicit, teachable knowledge for AI systems. Develop guidelines and detailed rubrics / evaluation frameworks to assess legal reasoning across tasks Design challenging, domain-relevant legal tasks across multiple specializations, and write accurate and well-structured solutions to legal problems. Evaluate legal tasks and solutions and provide clear, written feedback Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data

Compensation:
$65/hr to $80/hr + OT Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
