We are looking for a motivated attorney who is passionate about helping clients navigate complex family law matters and who wants to grow professionally in a collaborative and supportive environment. Whether you are newly licensed or an experienced family law attorney, we are interested in speaking with candidates who are committed to excellence, strong client service, and effective advocacy. About the Position As an Associate Attorney, you will work on a broad range of family law matters, including: Divorce and legal separation Child custody and visitation Child support and spousal support Property division and reimbursement claims Domestic violence restraining orders Post-judgment modifications and enforcement Settlement negotiations and mediation Trial preparation and courtroom litigation Depending on your experience level, you will either receive hands-on mentorship and training or immediately begin handling your own caseload with support from the firm's litigation team. Responsibilities Manage family law cases from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, declarations, Requests for Orders, discovery, and settlement agreements Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda Attend court hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and depositions Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel Develop case strategy and prepare matters for trial Maintain deadlines and case management requirements Qualifications Active member of the California State Bar Family law experience preferred but not required Strong legal writing and analytical skills Excellent communication and client-relations abilities Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks Professional demeanor and strong work ethic Litigation and courtroom experience is a plus
Compensation Salary:
$125,000
- $225,000+ annually Compensation will be based upon experience, litigation skills, ability to independently manage cases, and overall qualifications.
