  • Conduct legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to support case preparation and strategy
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist in negotiations and litigation processes, utilizing premium skills in negotiation and litigation
  • Utilize strong writing skills to communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys in a fast-paced law office environment
  • Handle tasks related to family law cases, demonstrating a solid understanding of relevant legal principles and procedures
