) Pacific Coast Trial Law Firm, APC San Diego, CA Job Details Full-time 19 hours ago Qualifications Mandarin Cantonese English Full Job Description A prestigious personal injury law firm in San Diego is hiring a full-time law clerk/paralegal/legal assistant. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, proactive, extremely organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidate will be responsible for routine administrative functions and all aspects of litigation including: New client intake Handling incoming calls Calendaring depositions, hearing dates and all deadlines (pleadings, motions, discovery, etc.) Preparing and organizing documents Managing and responding to discovery Assisting with trial preparation. Drafting/filing complaints Drafting demand letters Noticing and objecting to depositions Scheduling court reporters, and requesting transcripts Making record requests, follow-up, and summarizing medical records Case file management Prepare and file documents in CA State Courts Bilingual in English/Mandarin (or Cantonese) is required.
