IMMIGRATION LAW OFFICE
(San Diego) Immigration law office based in San Diego, California, dedicated to assisting individuals and families with their immigration concerns. Our mission is not only to provide immigration representation but also to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for our clients from start to finish. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented In-Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of tasks including prints, FOIA requests, assembling packets, front desk support, translations, bank runs as needed, and other administrative clerical tasks that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with prints and FOIA requests. Taken fingerprints from clients Assist clients signing e-signature retainers Put together packets and provide support at the front desk. Perform translations English•Spanish as necessary. Conduct bank runs and assist with various administrative tasks. Answer and route phone calls in accordance with office policies. Greet and direct all visitors in a friendly and accommodating manner. Ensure completion of forms and maintain communication in English and Spanish. Engage with clients who have successfully navigated their cases, encouraging and guiding them to leave a Google review or participate in on-camera testimonials, or picture testimonials. Open to providing additional in-office and legal department support as needed
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish are a MUST. Customer service-oriented with a friendly demeanor. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Compensation /

$20.00•22.00 per hour DOE with a potential bonus based on performance.
