Overview Join a dynamic legal team as a Law Clerk, where your passion for law and meticulous attention to detail will drive impactful support across diverse practice areas. You will collaborate closely with attorneys, contribute to case preparation, and enhance your skills in legal research, drafting, and case management. Duties Assist attorneys and paralegals with case preparation, legal research, and drafting Review and summarize medical records, police reports, and other case documents Draft correspondence, motions, and other legal documents under attorney supervision Maintain and organize case files using our case management system (Filevine) Communicate professionally with clients, providers, adjusters, and courts Support the team in meeting deadlines and delivering timely, high-quality work Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through without being reminded Qualifications Current law student (1L, 2L, or 3L) or recent law graduate awaiting bar results Strong research, writing, and communication skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Team player who takes accountability seriously and brings a client-first mindset Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with legal software is a plus Genuine interest in personal injury law Why Join The Inkell Firm Hands-on experience with real cases from day one Direct mentorship from experienced attorneys A collaborative team culture where your contributions are recognized A firm that invests in innovation and holds itself to a high standard Opportunity to grow with a firm that is expanding We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Law Clerk to join our team in our Wilmington office.
