Law Clerk Intern- Summer 2026 and/ or Fall 2026

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Law Clerk to join our team for the summer of 2026 and/or fall of 2026. This position offers current law students the opportunity to gain practical experience in a supportive and engaging legal environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research, draft memoranda, and draft legal documents Assist attorneys with case preparation Review and analyze legal documents and records Support administrative and organizational tasks as needed Prepares PowerPoints and blogs

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in an accredited law school or seeking tax LLM Prior tax or accounting experience or background is a plus Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively Ability to work in person at our office

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
