Duties include maintaining and organizing client and property related case files, scheduling meetings, preparing and processing routine correspondence and documentation, and tracking deadlines. The position involves communication with clients to gather information regarding vacation home service agreements, contracts, and compliance issues, while providing updates under attorney supervision. The legal clerk will ensure recordkeeping, support the attorney of counsel, and assist company staff to promote efficient handling of legal matters, without providing legal advice or representing client.
