Overview We are seeking a sales driven, dynamic and detail-oriented Law Firm Intake Specialist to join our legal team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience while efficiently gathering essential case information. Your energetic approach and excellent organizational skills will help streamline client intake processes in the area of family law. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of client engagement and legal case management in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Conduct engaging and professional interviews with prospective clients to gather detailed case information across various legal disciplines. Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with exemplary phone etiquette and organizational skills. Utilize MyCase legal case management system to accurately input and update client data. Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to facilitate smooth intake workflows while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with legal standards. Support administrative tasks including data entry, filing, document review, and maintaining organized electronic and physical records. Experience Prior experience in a sales driven role within a law office setting is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with family law is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview prospective clients effectively while demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
