We are seeking a high-energy, motivated Family Law Attorney. to join our growing legal team. Duties Handle a full caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support, modifications, and related litigation Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence Conduct client consultations and maintain regular client communication Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings Collaborate with legal staff and fellow attorneys for case development and strategyJoin our team as a Family Law Paralegal where you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients through their family law matters while developing your skills in a dynamic legal environment. Qualifications Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing Family law experience required Strong litigation, legal writing, and research skills Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and effectively High energy and proactive mindset—must be comfortable working in a busy law office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Commitment to professionalism, compassion, and client service
