Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our family law team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in handling a variety of family law cases from intake through resolution Appear in court for hearings and case management conferences Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel Participate in mediations, depositions, and settlement discussions
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law in Florida 1-3 years of Family Law experience Strong research, writing, and organizational skills Comfortable communicating with clients during emotional or stressful situations
