Duties include electronic and hardcopy filing, scanning documents, and creating and maintaining client notebooks. The candidate may also assist in receptionist relief, trial preparation as well as paralegal duties.
Administrative Clerk Duties:
Create all new file buckets/folders and maintain paper filing Maintain the files in the file room - moving files to make room for new files, pulling closed files when needed, keeping all files organized Print, organize, save, index, and create notebooks of documents produced by non-parties, plaintiffs, and co-defendants Maintain vendor invoice checklists and submitting invoices to client or accounting for payment (includes keeping track of client requirements for same) Maintain non-party records checklist: Includes calendaring due dates for responses to non-party requests, keeping track of who has responded, and calls/correspondence to non-compliant providers Scan, save, and disburse all incoming mail Scan closed files and preparing documents for confidential disposal Finalize expert packages and discovery productions - scanning and copying documents, sending emails and/or utilizing FedEx, UPS, USPS Receptionist relief including conference room preparation and set up Occasional paralegal tasks: redactions of privileged information, drafting of various spreadsheets/charts and discovery documents, scheduling of depositions and other meetings/calls with clients or outside parties Please send resume to

Requirements:
Bachelors degree preferred Familiarity with MS office and document management system Some office experience preferred Ability to work independently Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
