Job Description

Job Description - Responsible for daily activities for self and offshore team Includes responding to user queries, access provisioning, claiming domains etc. § Communicate with users, if needed Also includes supporting the client in other infrastructure related activities e.g. OKTA migration, AD consolidation, Integrations with other systems, create scripts using API Manage overall communication with the clients and drive status meetings Drive weekly status reporting for these apps Work with offshore team to prepare the weekly status deck Attend weekly status meetings and step in if client needs any clarification Serve as the point of contact for all escalations Experience with Adobe Sign, iManage, Palo Alto and Workshare, Avvoka, eDocs and Law Manager and supporting Legal Apps is needed.
