Full-Time About The FDA Law Solution The FDA Law Solution is a boutique regulatory law firm advising companies across life sciences, medical devices, food, and consumer products. The firm operates in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment where execution, organization, and operational discipline are critical. Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Law Clerk / Office Manager to oversee legal support, billing operations, and day-to-day office management. This is a hands-on role requiring a candidate who can independently manage workflows, support attorneys, and ensure the firm operates efficiently across legal, administrative, and operational functions. This role is ideal for an experienced legal professional or senior paralegal who is comfortable taking ownership of both legal support and office operations. Core ResponsibilitiesLegal Support Support attorneys with legal research, document preparation, and file organization Draft, format, and manage legal documents and correspondence Maintain organized legal files and document systems Assist with document review and issue identification Billing, Invoicing & Financial Operations Input and track billable time for attorneys and legal professionals Prepare, review, and issue client invoices Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments Maintain billing accuracy and support financial reporting Coordinate with leadership on billing processes and improvements Payroll & HR Administration Coordinate payroll inputs and time tracking Support onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain employee records and internal documentation Assist with HR-related administrative functions Office Management & Operations Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and inventory Coordinate scheduling, calendars, and meetings Serve as the primary point of contact for client intake and communications Ensure smooth day-to-day office functionality Execution & Workflow Management Track active matters, deadlines, and deliverables across the firm Ensure timely follow-up on tasks and client needs Support attorneys with operational and administrative execution Identify and improve internal systems, processes, and workflows QualificationsRequired 7+ years of experience in a law firm, legal support, or professional services environment Strong experience with billing, invoicing, and administrative operations Excellent organizational and multitasking skills High attention to detail and accountability Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities Preferred Paralegal certification or equivalent experience Experience with legal billing systems and document management platforms Prior experience in a small or mid-sized law firm environment Key Skills Legal operations and workflow management Billing and financial tracking Office management and coordination Document organization and legal support Strong communication and follow-through Work Environment Onsite in Atlanta, GA Direct interaction with firm leadership Fast-paced, execution-focused setting High ownership and accountability Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Medical insurance provided Additional benefits available Paid time off
