to ensure every client receives the compensation they deserve through dedicated advocacy and support. Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Junior Associate Attorney to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an attorney looking to expand their litigation experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while working closely alongside experienced legal professionals. The selected candidate will assist with managing personal injury matters from pre-litigation through litigation and gain valuable hands-on courtroom and case management experience. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing personal injury cases from inception through resolution Support litigation efforts including drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances as needed Maintain professional communication with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and internal staff Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy development Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and case managers to ensure efficient case progression Assist with pre-litigation matters, including negotiation and case evaluation Maintain organized case files and meet all deadlines in a timely manner Demonstrate strong attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to learn Contribute positively to a collaborative and client-focused work environment Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school Active member in good standing with the Georgia Bar 1-3 years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team environment Proficiency in legal research tools and case management systems preferred Litigation, trial, or courtroom exposure is a plus Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $80,000-$115,000 annually (based on experience) Performance-based bonus opportunities Paid time off Health insurance benefits Professional development and growth opportunities Health insurance contribution Paid time off Work Location In person
