Job Description

Job Summary The Dublin Judicial Circuit is seeking a detail-oriented Law Clerk / Staff Attorney to work for the Superior Court Judges. The ideal candidate will possess strong research and writing skills, demonstrate proficiency with legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw, and have experience in legal writing and administrative tasks. This is a combination state and county paid position with full state benefits. Some circuit (reimbursable) travel will be required. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive legal research using LexisNexis, Westlaw, and other legal research platforms. Draft and prepare Superior Court orders at the direction of the Superior Court Judge. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Proficiency with legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw; strong research skills essential for effective case analysis. Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear and persuasive court orders Strong organizational skills for managing multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
Pay:
$65,120.08 per year
