Summary :

Seeking 2L law students seeking real-life experience working in a multi-practice law firm in summer 2027.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Research relevant case law and statutory precedent. Analyze legal documents and briefs, ensuring accurate statement and depiction of facts, case law, and precedent provided. Prepare various types of correspondence regarding assigned matters. Prepare a variety of litigation documents, including affidavits, petitions, discovery, motions, and pleadings. Draft basic corporate documents, including meeting minutes, resolutions, and disclosure schedules. Assist with conference call negotiations, witness fact investigations, and depositions. Attend and assist with negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials. Maintain exhibits and prepare and organize various types of tangible evidence as needed for court appearances. Regular in-persona attendance, and participation in various attorney-shadowing opportunities.

Education and Experience:
