Job Description

Property Tax Law Clerk/Admin:
Small and friendly real estate tax law firm is looking for a full-time Law Clerk. Primary responsibilities include filing, copying, research, document requesting, and miscellaneous tasks in support of the analysts and attorneys. Candidate must be reliable, organized, motivated, work well with others, have a strong work ethic, be able to communicate with clients, and have a professional demeanor. Duties may include but are not limited to: Filing and organization of case files in the file library Follow detailed procedures to upload appeal evidence Copying documents and evidence Mail preparation Filing documents at County governmental offices Opening new physical and electronic files Client correspondence via phone and email Research and marketing Maintain deadline report Other misc. duties
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree Future law students welcome Experience in an office environment Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe) In-office attendance every weekday (non-remote) Good oral communication skills necessary to answer incoming calls
Compensation:
• $37,000 salary, vacation, insurance, 401K, health club membership
Pay:
From $37,000.00 per year
