Job Description

The Court of Appeals of Indiana is accepting applications for a two-year clerkship to begin in August 2027. Duties and responsibilities include working with Judge Dana J. Kenworthy and co-clerks to perform legal tasks such as researching, writing and proofreading. Applicants should be licensed to practice law or be planning to take the bar exam in 2027. Applicants should have strong academic qualifications and writing skills and have participated in law review, moot court, or similar experience. The current starting salary for law clerks on the Court of Appeals is $89,487.66, and State of Indiana benefits apply.
