The ideal candidate will have broad experience advising/representing employers, developing policies, and drafting employment-related contracts. Substantive knowledge of federal and state employment regulations, as well as experience litigating employment cases in court and before administrative agencies (such as MCAD and DOL) is required. Experience with labor matters and/or conducting investigations is not essential but would be helpful. Applicants must have excellent writing skills, strong analytical ability, and work well with clients and colleagues. This position offers excellent growth potential in a dynamic employment sector, lots of client contact, and a positive, collegial working environment in the Boston office of a midsized law firm based in the Northeast.
