Job Description:
About the Internship Seaver Law Office is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented legal intern for the Fall 2026. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students interested in law school or legal careers to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced legal environment focused on helping families and individuals navigate complex legal matters. Interns will work directly with attorneys and staff and gain practical exposure to legal research, writing, and case development. This is an educational, unpaid internship designed to provide meaningful professional experience and mentorship.
Responsibilities Intern responsibilities may include:
Assisting with legal research and writing projects Helping prepare case materials and documentation Supporting attorneys with case strategy preparation Assisting with client communication preparation and outreach tasks Reviewing and proofreading legal documents Providing general administrative and project support Other tasks as assigned to support case development What You Will Gain Practical legal experience in a working law office Exposure to real legal cases and procedures Mentorship from experienced attorneys Development of legal writing and analytical skills Preparation for law school or legal careers Professional workplace experience Letter of recommendation for graduate school (JD, MBA, or other programs) based on performance and/or Professional references for future employment opportunities based on performance Qualifications Junior or Senior undergraduate student preferred Strong interest in law or legal careers GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred Strong writing and grammar skills Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Professional communication skills Schedule Part-time Fall Internship Minimum commitment of 2 days per week Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (including a 30-minute lunch break) Internship Dates September - December 2026 How to Apply Please submit: ?
