Job Description
Description A growing and well-established law firm in the St. Cloud area that is looking to add a Family Law Attorney to its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 1-5+ years of litigation experience who is either already practicing family law or interested in transitioning into the practice area long term. The firm offers a collaborative environment, mentorship, reasonable billable expectations, and strong long-term growth potential. They are especially interested in candidates who want to build a sustainable and rewarding career in family law. Responsibilities + Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance, and related proceedings + Manage cases from intake through resolution + Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence + Conduct hearings, negotiations, mediations, and court appearances + Maintain strong client communication and case management + Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to provide exceptional client service Requirements Qualifications + J.D. from an accredited law school + Licensed to practice law in Minnesota + 1-5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney in civil litigation + Family law experience highly preferred + Candidates without family law experience must demonstrate a strong long-term interest in practicing family law + Strong writing, communication, and courtroom skills + Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment Compensation & Benefits + Competitive base salary plus bonus opportunity + Health insurance with 100% employee monthly premiums covered + Dental insurance + Vision insurance + 401(k) with employer match + Paid time off (PTO) + Hybrid work flexibility after training period Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
