The firm is open to candidates with a transactional background, litigation experience, or a hybrid practice , provided they have meaningful experience in at least one of these areas. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of business law matters , with flexibility to shape the position around the attorney's strengths and interests. Depending on experience, the attorney may handle: Business and commercial transactions , including contract drafting and negotiation Business and commercial litigation , including pre-litigation strategy and dispute resolution Matters spanning corporate governance, shareholder disputes, contract disputes, or other business-related issues Additional practice areas aligned with the attorney's background and the firm's needs Attorneys in this role are given meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to grow their practice over time. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong legal judgment, excellent communication skills, and a practical, business-oriented approach to problem-solving.
